Alan Young: Editing the Landscape - Art Collector

"I have always been interested in the relationship between people,
place, space and memory. I struggle with the term landscape
because in responding to landscape I find it difficult to focus on
the physical non-human features only. Always, people past,
present or imagined are part of what I do. Sometimes, I produce
people scapes. My marks are often dual purpose."
-Alan Young July 2017
