24 April 2013 | The Cairns Indigenous Art Fair (CIAF) will be taking a hiatus for 2013 while the details of a new delivery model for 2014 are finalised.

The fair has been delivered through Arts Queensland, funded by the Queensland government. Future CIAF fairs will be funded through corporate sponsorship.

During this transitory year, artists, arts organisations and Cairns Regional Council have banded together to present a celebration of Queensland Indigenous arts and culture called CIAF Presents. It will include performances and concerts, exhibitions, and industry forums. CIAF Presents will be held in Cairns from 15 to 18 August 2013.
