Emma Hack: Treasured Tiles and Blue & White - Art Collector

Emma Hack's new body of work Treasured Tiles is inspired by her recent travels throughout Spain and Portugal and features the bright, repetitive designs seen on her journey. These are treasures found in Moorish Castles, plaza’s, shop-fronts and humble lodgings, transformed onto the skin of her models in a clash of colour and pattern.

Her collection
Blue & White features the fascinating evolution of blue and white ceramics, beginning through trade from Asian to Europe centuries ago. The collection references five countries: China, Holland, England, France and Portugal.
