| 5 September 2011 | Geoff Kleem has been selected for an exhibition at Vienna’s MAK Museum in April next year. He is the only Australian to be curated into the exhibition, titled Erschaute Bauten. His work will appear alongside artists such as Thomas Struth, Hiroshi Sugimoto, Thomas Ruff, Andreas Gursky, Candida Hofer, Allan Sekula and Pierre Huyghe. Kleem, who was once described in ArtForum as “perhaps the most underrated artist in Australia,” has been exhibiting since the 1980s. His most recent exhibition was held at William Wright Artists in Sydney. | ||||
