Company director Greer Adams has spent the majority of the last seven years of her professional life in leading international auctions houses Sotheby’s and Bonhams, in positions of Aboriginal art specialisation, research and project management. During 2010 Adams was employed as the exhibitions coordinator at Mangkaja Arts in Fitzroy Crossing, Western Australia and over the last few years she has held the position of co-head of Aboriginal art at Bonhams, also overseeing the sales of selected works from the estate of Paddy Bedford and the Laverty Collection of contemporary Australian art.
Greer Adams Fine Art is renowned for Adams' keen collecting eye when it comes to a broad range of art objects including 18th century Aboriginal artefacts, 1970s Papunya boards, 1950-70s barks from Arnhem Land and contemporary works of art from Australia’s Indigenous and non-Indigenous artists.
