Alcaston Gallery presents a major exhibition of paintings and ceramics from the APY Art Centre Collective, highlighting the diversity of individual emerging and senior artists currently working at APY Lands art centres. The artists draw on their traditional Anangu knowledge of land and law each with a unique interpretation of their country and culture, ranging from vibrant colour to subtle monochromes, from striking compositions to intricate detail, to achieve a highly sophisticated and contemporary aesthetic.
