Group Exhibition: Speaking of History - Art Collector

James Tylor, Un-resettling (dome hut with stone windbreak), hand-coloured digital print, 42 x 42 cm. Courtesy of the artist and Bett Gallery

This exhibition discusses the ways artists have investigated , questioned and reflected on historical perceptions and experiences of Colonisation through exploration and discovery. Reflections on loss - loss of languages, people and species. Thoughts of wonder and curiosity - what lies beyond that ridge, around that coastline. And questions of how our relationship to this place and Indigenous people could have turned out differently.
