The prints, paintings and sculpture of GW Bot engage with the environment in a topographic and metaphysical sense and can be interpreted as an allegory for a person’s passage through life. The materials and colours of the earth are a constant inspiration for GW Bot. Her work is represented in over one hundred public collections, both nationally and internationally, including the National Gallery of Australia, British Museum (UK), Victoria and Albert Museum (UK) and Bibliotheque Nationale (France).
