19 September 2012 | The first major Australian museum survey of the works of the collaborative Claire Healy and Sean Cordeiro is about to begin at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sydney.

The exhibition features works from the past decade from both the MCA Collection and private loans, as well as a newly commissioned sculpture on the MCA front lawn.

Healy and Cordeiro have been working collaboratively since 2001. The pair lead a nomadic lifestyle, travelling and undertaking residencies around the globe. Exhibition curator Anna Davis says the survey captures their "spirit of adventure and their uncanny ability to transform the everyday into something extraordinary”.

The exhibition runs from 4 October to 2 December 2012.
