Continuum 2: to remember or to forget is part of an ongoing project by Heather Ellyard. It deals with mapping and what it means to be a refuge, asking the question if I am without home, where am I?

The gallery walls are covered with condensed fragments of image and text, which opens to associations and meditations. At the heart of Ellyard's installations is an artist's search for meaning in our time, with all of its wonders, ordeals and near tipping points. She brings contemporary concerns out in the open with a mature strength and refined purpose.
