The Hillview Sculpture Biennial promises to turn heads this Autumn, with world class contemporary culture set against the stunning backdrop of Sutton Forest in the NSW Southern Highlands. Open from Saturday 28 April until Sunday 27 May, the fourth installation of the Biennial is set to attract more than 25,000 visitors over the course of the month.

Curated by Axel Arnott, well-known for his dedication to Sculpture by the Sea, the exhibition promises to showcase more than 100 pieces of new work by regional, national and international artists. Pre-eminent sculptors include Ron Robertson-Swann, Elyssa Sykes-Smith, Michael Purdy, Jane Gillings, Angus Adameitis, Heidi McGeoch, Sam Larwill, Felix Allen, Britta Stennmans, and Phillip Walker.

Unlike typical sculpture exhibitions, the Hillview Biennial encourages artists to interact and connect their works with the site. Visitors can expect to experience the artists’ passion and spiritual connection to the physical geography of the land through their sculpture.
