Kirrily Hammond: Suburbia - Art Collector

Kirrily Hammond’s paintings and drawings are directly inspired by a sensitive interpretation of her surroundings. Her most recent work is inspired by the back streets of suburbia at dusk, when as the light begins to fade, familiar features become almost indistinguishable. Based in Melbourne, Kirrily has been exhibiting her work in Canberra, Sydney and Melbourne since 1995 and is represented in numerous collections including the Glasgow School of Art (Scotland), Australian National University, University of Wollongong and Latrobe Regional Art Gallery.
