Kittey Malarvie: First solo exhibition - Art Collector

The latticed paintings of East Kimberley artist Kittey Malarvie reflect more than just the fractured striations of drying mud. Her works tell of a treasured childhood spent within her mother’s country, a land governed by the dichotomous seasons of the Kimberley. On display at this debut solo are nostalgic memories of collecting bush medicine for the elderly and skipping along the dried river banks with siblings and cousins.
