Lorraine Pilgrim teams up with Retrospect Galleries - Art Collector

31 January 2011 | Art consultant Lorraine Pilgrim has thrown her weight behind Retrospect Galleries, signing on as co-director of Retrospect’s newly launched second gallery in Broadbeach, Queensland.

Retrospect Galleries, Broadbeach, sister to Retrospect Galleries, Byron Bay, opened on 28 January 2011 with Fusion, a group show featuring new work by artists including Anthony Lister, Lisa Lee and Ross Tamlin.

Pilgrim will manage the gallery alongside Retrospect founder Bree Delian, who will be leaving the Byron Bay space behind to be managed by her team.

The Broadbeach gallery will focus on solo exhibitions, while the Byron Bay gallery will largely be used for group shows and emerging artists.
