Marion Hosking wins $30,000 Victorian design award - Art Collector

27 November 2012 | Marian Hosking is the winner of the 2012 Cicely & Colin Rigg Contemporary Design Award, a $30,000 prize run by the National Gallery of Victoria that recognises Victorian contemporary craft and design.

Hosking was selected for a grouping of vessels named
Clearing.

Fourteen artists were asked to participate in this year’s award, including Yhonnie Scarce, Titania Henderson and David Pottinger.

The award exhibition continues at the NGV in Melbourne until 21 July 2013.
