NGV acquires Yhonnie Scarce work - Art Collector

7 September 2010 | The National Gallery of Victoria has recently acquired a 2004 work by South Australian glass artist Yhonnie Scarce.

The work,
Oppression, Repression [Family Portrait], comprises blown glass and commercially manufactured glass jars, and is a continuation of the artist's interest in the ongoing impact of colonisation on Indigenous people.
