Dani Marti has picked up new representation in Sydney with Paddington’s Dominik Mersch Gallery. Based between Scotland and Australia, Marti is globally renowned for his practice spanning video, installation and public art. As such, he slots in seamlessly with Mersch’s internationally focussed stable. Marti is represented by GAG PROJECTS / Greenaway Art Gallery in Adelaide and Arc One in Melbourne.

Marti is also the lead visual artist for this year’s Perth International Arts Festival running until 6 March 2016. Taking over the gallery spaces at Freemantle Arts Centre,
Black Sun is the artist’s first ever solo show in Western Australia and brings together pieces from the studio and Marti's previous works, asking important questions about sexuality, intimacy and the efficacy of relationships. Black Sun shows until 28 March 2016.

Marti’s first exhibition at Dominik Mersch Gallery is slated for October.
