4 October 2011 | Two New Zealand galleries are heading off to London next week.

Auckland’s Michael Lett is taking work by Dan Arps to the Frieze Art Fair. It is the only gallery from Australia or New Zealand to secure a spot in the prestigious British fair.

At the same time, Hopkinson Cundy will exhibit a solo presentation of work by Kate Newby at the Sunday Art Fair, a relatively new roaming fair which was launched in Berlin last year. The London edition this year will feature 20 young international galleries.

Frieze Art Fair and the Sunday Art Fair both run from 13 to 16 October 2011.
