And I am still here is the first ever solo show by Nonggirrnga Marawili. This impressive body of work, which features bark paintings and larrakitj, display organic patterns that reflect an engrained and natural understanding of her culture, history and environment. The artist will be present at the opening event, along with her daughter Marrnyula Mununggurr, and Kade McDonald from Buku Larrnggay Mulka Centre, Yirrkala in the Northern Territory.
