21 November 2011 | Melbourne’s Helen Gory Galerie has taken on representation of photographer Petrina Hicks.

Hicks’s first exhibition with the gallery opened last week and continues until 10 December 2011.

Hicks is known for her large-scale hyper-real photographs and video works that test the boundaries of the real and the natural.

Her work is included in the collections of public galleries including the National Gallery of Victoria, Queensland Art Gallery and the Art Gallery of New South Wales.
