This exhibition by Melbourne artists Steffie Wallace and Neil Wallace is the culmination of works from 2010 to the present. The show demonstrates the consistent artistic themes utilised by each artist while contrasting their different stylistic approaches: Steffie as a landscape painter and Neil as a figurative/landscape printmaker, photographer and more recently, painter. Steffie's acrylic landscapes centre around the Central Australian desert and Port Phillip and Westernport Bays. Neil's prints and photographs reflect the urban settings of modern life, while his encaustic, acrylic and watercolour paintings are mainly concerned with coastal observations in various locations.
