Substation Prize announces 2012 finalists - Art Collector

11 September 2012 | Fifty artists have been shortlisted for the 2012 Substation Contemporary Art Award, a relatively new prize that aims to showcase current contemporary practice.

The field spans both emerging and established artists, including Darren Wardle, Ash Keating, Petrina Hicks and Stephen Asquith. This year the prize money has been increased to $10,000.
