Tomislav Nikolic will present an exhibition of new paintings that continue his investigation of the colour theory known as the Seven Rays. Alongside these material and chromatic investigations Nikolic reflects on historical figures and artworks. Establishing both a physical and psychological expression of colours capacity to carry meaning and to move the viewer.

Nikolic was recently awarded the prestigious Bulgari Art Award in Australia. His work has been exhibited in Germany and he has solo exhibition in Madrid later in the year. Nikolic's works are held in private collections throughout the world and in The Art Gallery of NSW, National Gallery of Victoria, Auckland Art Gallery, Toi O Tamaki.
