Turbo’s use of pictorial narrative reflects his Dreaming: “When I paint I feel like I’m in the dreamtime and can see all the animals and birds that live there.” He adds, poignantly “Animals can save your life if there’s something wrong with you – sick, ill…” Turbo’s work is represented in the National Gallery of Australia, National Gallery of Victoria, Artbank and numerous private collections in Australia and the United Kingdom.
