Victor Greenaway has established a reputation for producing porcelain vessels of exceptional quality, with his ability to create spontaneity in each piece standing as testament to his skill on the potter’s wheel. Living between Italy and Australia, Greenaway creates beautiful open bowls that reflect his abiding interest in, and love of, both country’s cultural histories. In a career spanning more than thirty years, Greenaway has held many solo exhibitions in Australia and internationally and his work is represented in the collections of the National Gallery of Australia, the National Gallery of Victoria, the Museum for Modern Keramik in Germany and the Museo della Ceramica in Italy.
